We need 30 to 45 minutes for setup before your event starts.

Yes, we require access to a standard power outlet. A generator is not included but can be provided for an additional fee if needed.

Yes! Additional hours can be requested for an extra cost based on availability.

We require a clear, level path with the following minimum entry dimensions:

• At least 3 ft wide
• At least 6 ft 8 in high (to safely move the machine)

Please ensure there are no tight turns, stairs without ramps, or obstructions. If you're unsure, feel free to share photos of the entry space in advance.

Yes, we can! The outdoor space must be:

• Flat and accessible
• Fully covered/shaded (tent, pavilion, or patio cover)
• Close to a standard power outlet (within 50 ft)

This protects both the equipment and your guests from sun and weather exposure.
